$60 for the 6 week series due at first class
Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow movement exercise also knows as ‘Meditation in Motion’ with known benefits of muscle strengthening, flexibility and balance; valued in treating and preventing many health problems. This 6 week series is open to all levels, no prior Tai Chi experience needed. Upon completing the 6 week series, NMC will share community partners offering Tai Chi Classes.
