About our services
Healing Gardens – NMC has two outdoor spots for relaxation and reflection. One is located near the Doctors Office Commons building. The second is located outside the Progressive Care Unit and is only accessible to patients and their families.
Chapel and Reflection Room – Designed to offer a quiet place for prayer and reflection.
Pet Therapy
For many people, animals have a distinct ability to improve spirits. Highly trained dogs certified by Therapy Dogs of Vermont and Therapy Dogs International may visit our patients with permission. In addition, patients with special pets of their own can arrange a visit in the hospital by following our guidelines. If you’d like to arrange a visit, please speak to your nurse.
