Welcome to Northwestern Cardiology

Our practice is a collaborative effort between Northwestern Medical Center and the University of Vermont Medical Center. The practice is located the Medical Clinics space directly adjacent to our main entrance and gives patients more convenient access to medical cardiology services right here, close to home.  We will be with you every step of the way. When appropriate, we are pleased to refer you to our Cardiac Rehab Program to regain your strength and confidence in physical activity.

Our Location

Northwestern Cardiology is located in the Medical Clinics section of NMC, along with Northwestern Pulmonology, Northwestern OB/GYN, and other practices. You can access the Medical Clinics building from either the main hospital entrance or the Medical Office Building entrance. Click here if you would like a map of our campus and buildings.

NMC offers telemedicine visits for a variety of services, providing high-quality care from the providers you know and trust.

How to schedule a telemedicine appointment: It’s easy to set up. When scheduling an appointment with us, we will let you know if a telemedicine visit is an option for the treatment you are seeking. If it is and you’d like to schedule a telemedicine visit, we will then give you instructions on how to make the connection, which will use NMC’s Patient Portal Virtual Visit functionality.
