Northwestern Rehab Services consists of a multi-discipline team of physical therapists, athletic trainers, an occupational therapist, a speech-language therapist and a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Rehabilitation. We are committed to expediting your recovery and/or healing to get you back to enjoying life. Whether it is your love for intense sports, walking, hiking, or simply spending time with those you love, we are committed to high-quality care that gets you back to your activity of choice because we want you to have better movement for a better life.

We also offer preventative care to improve balance, prevent falls, support aging joints and ensure the body is aligned as optimally as possible. Our highly skilled team works closely together to educate, treat, and facilitate injury recovery, creating a seamless and caring patient experience. Northwestern Rehab also offers a variety of specialty services as well, such as incontinence, lymphedema, work rehabilitation, cardiac rehab, pulmonary and vestibular rehabilitation.
