Calls to NMC’s COVID-19 Hotline Increasing

As cases of COVID-19 have increased in recent weeks across Vermont and here in our area, NMC has seen an increase in call volumes to the NMC COVID-19 hotline. NMC has expanded staffing levels and hours to help keep pace. There may be a 5-10 minute wait in the queue before your call is processed (in the order it was received).
