On Thursday, February 15, NMC’s Auxiliary Board and Membership held one of their regular meetings from 11:30 am – 1 pm in the conference center with a crowd of 36 members present.

The Auxiliary membership meets four times a year in September, November, February and April. Members at last week’s meeting enjoyed a delicious meal provided by NMC’s Restaurant and Catering Department. The guest speaker was Podiatrist Kristin Kindred, DPM, who gave an informative presentation on her work as part of the Northwestern Orthopaedics team. The session concluded with a regular business meeting.

During the business portion of the meeting, the Board and President Maris Rock, reported on the various areas of responsibility for the Auxiliary, which has a mission of supporting Northwestern Medical Center through fundraising and positive community relations.
