NMC’s Medical Clinics addition opens to patients on Monday, May 1 as part of the hospital’s Master Facility Plan construction projects.

The addition is located directly off the hospital’s main entrance and lobby, where the former Cardiology & Pulmonology practice was located. The new space is larger and features an expanse of windows along the building’s front offering a welcoming and easily accessible space for our patients.

Northwestern OB/GYN moves from its current home in the nearby Doctors Office Commons building into this new space, bringing this women’s health service into the main building and nearer to NMC’s Family Birth Center.

Cardiology and Pulmonology services had been temporarily relocated into Doctors Office Commons while the new addition was built, but now returns to a familiar spot.

The new addition is also the home to NMC’s new and more centralized registration area. Patients at NMC for any service other than outpatient surgery will check in with Patient Access staff in the new lobby space and clinics entrance.
