Senior HR Advisor, PHR
As Northwestern Medical Center’s Senior HR Advisor, Erin uses her extensive knowledge of healthcare human resources to support all workforce functions at our community hospital. Erin joined NMC in 2012 and quickly emerged as our HR lead, earning herself the role of Senior Advisor. Erin is always looking for ways to improve our systems, to make things even easier for our applicants and current NMC staff members. She specializes in employee relations and recruitment, having a keen understanding of the qualities that make the best fit employee for each individual position within the hospital. As a lifelong resident of Franklin County with an intimate understanding of her hospital, her community, and its people, Erin’s approach has made her a strong voice for internal growth through career ladders and retention programs.

Alisha joined the Northwestern Medical Center family in 2018 as the Business Liaison. Alisha’s ability to forge lasting connections and relationships resulted in her promotion to Physician Recruiter in 2020. Alisha has a strong sense of community and enjoys getting to introduce both NMC and the St. Albans area to healthcare professionals and their families. She appreciates the need for high quality providers in order to carry out the hospital’s mission of providing exceptional healthcare for our community and is happy to be a part of the recruitment and onboarding process.

Sarah joined Northwestern Medical Center in 2012 as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In 2017 Sarah became the newest member of the Human Resources team as an HR Advisor. Sarah is an active member of our organization and the community where she lives with her family – she is a lifelong resident of Franklin County. Sarah is a wonderful ambassador for NMC’s culture; she understands the important role engagement plays in the recruitment and retention of new employees. These qualities will serve Sarah well in her role.
