NMC’s COVID Resource Center Begins Vaccinations for 5- to 11-year-olds
Starting Wednesday, November 10, NMC’s COVID Resource Center (CRC) will offer vaccinations to local Vermonters age five through 11. The CRC is located in the Valley Crossroads building at 27 Fisher Pond Road and will hold vaccination clinics for this age group three days each week – Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. The clinic will continue to offer boosters, first and second doses to adults as well.
Here are the vaccination hours for the clinic:
Wednesday: 10 am—2 pm, adults
Wednesday: 2—6 pm, 5-11 year-olds
Thursday: 2-6 pm, 5-11 year-olds
Friday: 10 am—2 pm, adults
Saturday: 8 am—Noon, 5-11 year-olds
The CRC also provides COVID-19 testing via drive through. Those wanting testing form a line around the north side of the building and enter the carport where testing is conducted. Patients will call a phone number listed on a sign once they reach the front of the line. The phone call will check them in or register for the test.

Scheduled Testing Appointments
If you’ve made your COVID-19 testing online with the Vermont Department of Health, call 802-752-1167 when you arrive at Valley Crossroads for your appointment. This allows the registrars there to complete your lab order and print out your barcode to place on your test tube(s).
If you call and are put on hold, please remain on the line. This preserves your spot in the hold queue. We ask for your patience when the hold queue is long, our registrars will move as quickly as they can. Please note that this number is only in operation during clinic hours.
(Making an appointment ahead of time will save you a significant amount
of time in line).
Walk-In Testing Appointments
If you are getting a “walk-in” COVID-19 test and have not made an appointment through the Vermont Department of Health, call 802-752-1168 when you arrive at Valley Crossroads for your appointment. You’ll be asked to park your car in the parking lot while registering for your appointment by phone. Once you are registered, you will be instructed to join the line of cars behind the building for your self-swab test.
