Jillian is a native Vermonter who attended the University of Vermont and graduated in 2021 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She began working at Northwestern Medical Center shortly after graduation as an outpatient clinician, and she enjoys treating a wide variety of patient populations and conditions. Recently, interest in improving treatment of those with spinal pain led her to pursue education through courses with the McKenzie Institute which has helped with mechanical diagnosis and treatment (MDT) in the clinic. Topics of interest that Jillian is likely to continue studying further include MDT, dry needling, and nutrition and psychology in relation to improved physical outcomes. In her free time, you can usually find Jillian out running, cuddling her cats, or enjoying a quiet evening on her porch with her husband.
