It’s a Zumba party at RAW Strength & Fitness LLC. Come and shake it up with Kathy Bourdeau. Zumba is great cardio exercise and the fun music and dance moves make time fly!
RiseVT Show Up events are free, local exercise classes. At each class a $25 gift card, a RiseVT yoga mat and various other Rise swag will be given as door prizes. Some classes have limited space, so be sure to get there early.
