How does reserving your spot work?
Patients can reserve a spot online or walk in without reserving a spot for treatment. Those with reserved times are prioritized over walk-ins. Patients with very severe symptoms may be prioritized over everyone.
Reserving a spot IS NOT an appointment. Patients will be seen as close to their reserved time as possible.
Arriving early for a time slot doesn’t mean you’ll be seen sooner. Patients who arrive late for their reserved time may be treated as walk-ins.
Reserving a spot allows you to wait at home or in your car until your time slot.
Whether you walk in or reserve a spot, all patients must check in at the registration desk before being seen.
During busy times or depending on the type of treatment needed, wait times may be longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding as we work to treat everyone as quickly as possible.
How to reserve your spot in line:
- Choose which Urgent Care location to visit based on your preference.
- Reserve your spot in line using the “reserve your spot in line” link.
- After you confirm your selection, you’ll receive a confirmation text to the mobile phone number you provided. We’ll also send text message alerts to the phone you listed, reminding you of your time slot and notifying you of any changes.
- Arrive at Urgent Care a few minutes before your time slot so you can register for the visit.
