Get to know your NMC providers! Join RiseVT and NMC Lifestyle Medicine for a walk! The first few minutes will be spent learning about a health topic and the remainder of the time walking on the path. This is a great way to get outside and take steps towards a healthier lifestyle. Bring a friend to this fun, free family event!
