Come to Mystic Waters Day Spa to experience vinyasa yoga with Cheryl DeCelle. Vinyasa yoga links body movement with breath. All abilities welcome.

RiseVT Show Up events are free, local exercise classes. At each class a $25 gift card, a RiseVT yoga mat and various other Rise swag will be given as door prizes. Some classes have limited space, so be sure to get there early.
