Hana Galletta, NPUrgent Care

Hana joins NMC after working locally as a primary care Family Nurse Practitioner providing care across the lifespan, managing both acute and chronic conditions.  She has a background in health promotion, disease prevention, and delivering patient-centered care through collaborative practice.  She is very interested in supporting the health and well-being of the community she lives in.  She states serving where she lives allows her to build meaningful connections and contribute directly to the care of her neighbors.

When asked why she got into her field she states “I became a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to take charge of their health. I was drawn to the FNP role because it allows me to promote wellness, manage illness, and make a meaningful impact in my community.”

Hana is passionate about reducing healthcare disparities and ensuring equitable access to quality care for all individuals, regardless of their background and circumstances.  She feels this commitment drives her work as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the community setting.

In her spare time, Hana enjoys running, hiking, and skiing with her husband and their dogs, making the most of the outdoor activities Vermont has to offer.  She also proudly serves in the Army Reserve/National Guard, where she spent the last eight years as a Captain.
