Northwestern Obstetrics and Gynecology is a group of healthcare providers well-known to our community, united in 2012 through Northwestern Medical Center to create a comprehensive and caring practice for each woman's journey.

Our practice is the leading OB/GYN group in Franklin County, delivering over 400 babies per year. We are a team of three board-certified OB/GYNs and a Physician Assistant --- all with years of knowledge, experience, and community presence.
 
The practice offers a wide range of healthcare services for women of all ages. Our experienced team provides personalized and compassionate care to welcome babies into the world and ensure women have access to state-of-the art gynecologic care.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Lowery Sullivan, Dr. Elisabeth Fontaine, Dr. Leonard Tremblay and Physician Assistant Katja Von Sitas are now employees of Northwestern Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Toby Sadkin is employed for OB call coverage.

Lowrey Sullivan, MD

Dr. Sullivan is a native Vermonter and has been in practice since 1999. Dr. Sullivan also fills the role of Chief Medical Officer at NMC and in his spare time, he loves to ski and to coach young ski racers in Northern Vermont. - Click here for more information.

Katja Von Sitas, PA

Katja has been working in women's healthcare since 2006. She has a passion for sharing her public health knowledge with women and young families. She also has a young family of her own and is a native of Fairfax, VT. In her free time, Katja enjoys hiking, sailing, canoeing and fishing with her kids. - Click here for more information.
