Meet Our Providers

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Lowery Sullivan, Dr. Elisabeth Fontaine, Dr. Leonard Tremblay and Physician Assistant Katja Von Sitas are now employees of Northwestern Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Toby Sadkin is employed for OB call coverage. We are currently completing the transition to the new practice with the providers.
