Job shadowing

Mentorship and job shadowing programs are a hallmark of Northwestern Medical Center’s commitment to providing employees with a collaborative working environment. To shadow at NMC you must be 16 years or older. Please note: some departments may have age restrictions of their own and some may not be able to accommodate a student shadow due to staffing or acuity.
