Keeping up with your health
Regular visits are about more than screenings. They’re a chance to ask questions, talk about changes you’re noticing, and make sure you’re getting the care that’s right for you.
Whether you’re due for your annual wellness visit, thinking about birth control, planning for pregnancy, or navigating perimenopause or menopause, we’re here to support your health at every stage.
Routine care may include:
- Annual wellness exams
- Pelvic exams
- Cervical cancer screening, including Pap tests and HPV testing
- Breast health education and screenings
- Birth control counseling and contraceptive care
- STI testing and treatment
- Menopause and hormone-related care
- Health and wellness counseling
If you’re planning a pregnancy or want to learn more about pregnancy care, you can also visit our OB services.
When something doesn’t feel right
If you notice changes in your periods, pelvic pain, unusual bleeding, vaginal symptoms, or other changes in your body, it’s a good idea to be seen.
You don’t need to wait for symptoms to become severe. Many women’s health concerns are common, and an evaluation can help you understand what’s going on and whether treatment is needed.
Our goal is to give you clear answers, talk through your options, and help you feel confident about next steps.
When treatment is needed
Most women’s health concerns can be treated without surgery. When a procedure is the best option, we’ll explain why, answer your questions, and walk you through what to expect.
Whenever possible, we use minimally invasive techniques that can mean smaller incisions, less pain, and a faster recovery.
