What is your favorite part of your job?

The favorite part(s) of my job is the collaboration with other team members / departments to come to resolution of a patient’s account to represent the encounter in the most appropriate, accurate, and ethical manner. I also personally love the intellectual challenge and drive my position allows me to explore.  

What is the last book you read?

“The Ride of a Lifetime; Lessons Learned From 15 Years as CEO of The Walt Disney Company” by Robert Iger

What historic figure would you have dinner with and why?

Walter Elias Disney. I used to work for Walt Disney World (and my family are Disney FREAKS, lol.)… this man was a visionary and, in my opinion, has changed the world, both in terms of animation accomplishments as well as the hospitality and tourism industry.

Who was your favorite teacher and why?

Dan Palmer at MVU. Back in my day before he was the Middle School Principal, he taught Economics and was the head of the National Honor Society. Mr. Palmer really focuses on a student’s success outside of a grading system and supports his students to achieve their personal and academic goals.  His letter of recommendation my senior year and his support is what contributed to me landing my role within the WDW company just out of high school.
