Katherine is a graduate of University of Vermont ’16 with a Doctorate of physical therapy. She has pursued professional education in postural restoration, myofascial release and with the Institute of Physical Arts. More recently, Katherine has pursued education in integrative dry needling and enjoys incorporating benefits of dry needling with therapeutic exercise to help restore patients' function. She is passionate about wellness and enjoys using many strategies of manual therapies, yoga and exercises to help her patients feel their best. Katherine’s particular areas of interest include pediatric/youth and sports medicine, as she enjoys getting her patients back into their exercise and fitness routines.
Although Katherine is originally from Maryland, she loves living in Vermont with her husband and their cat, Basil, and dog, Fennel. When she is not in the clinic, she can most often be found running, mountain biking or skiing in the mountains with her husband and dog.
