Carter Lindborg, MDOrthopaedic Surgery
Dr. Lindborg recently completed a Orthopaedic Sports Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital where he learned from expert shoulder, hip and knee surgeons about both minimally invasive and open procedures. He also worked with professional sports teams including the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins as well as athletes from Boston College and Harvard University. He earned his Medical Degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine and did his residency at the University of Buffalo Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Lindborg is passionate about developing relationships with patients and helping to address their orthopaedic problems in a way that fits with their lifestyle and goals.
He grew up on a small farm in Southeastern Pennsylvania where he participated in 4H and helped his parents raise beef steer. He also competed on the varsity heavyweight crew team at his undergraduate school, Cornell University and said that whether patients are trying to get back to taking care of the farm, or an elite level of competition, he has the perspective to match.
Outside of providing the best possible care for patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family including hiking, skiing, biking and exploring northern Vermont.
