On Thursday, February 13, NMC’s Auxiliary Board and Membership held one of their regular meetings, hearing from guest speaker Dr. Benjamin Chaucer – NMC’s new pulmonologist.

The Auxiliary membership meets four times a year in September, November, February and April and each meeting features a speaker – this month focusing on an introduction of Dr. Chaucer, who joined Dr. Haitham Nsour in the Northwestern Pulmonology practices.  

During the business portion of the meeting, the Board Chairs and President Maris Rock reported on the various areas of responsibility for the Auxiliary, which has a mission of supporting Northwestern Medical Center through fundraising and positive community relations. The meeting was well attended by 33 members, who enjoyed a catered lunch from NMC’s Restaurant and Catering team.
