Sophie attended the University of Vermont and graduated with a BS in Exercise and Movement Science ’14 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy ’16 and has been with NMC Rehab since 2016. She has clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient orthopedic settings treating individuals with a variety of neurological and musculoskeletal diagnoses. She has a special interest in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. She utilizes a variety of clinical skills to best address individual patient needs and help her patients achieve their ideal level of function. She is certified in the Graston Technique, which is a form of manual therapy through instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that she often incorporates into her treatment plans.
In her free time she enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, camping, and jet skiing with her husband, Cam.
