Gino Trevisani, MDGeneral Surgery

Dr. Trevisani attended the University of Vermont College of Medicine for Medical School and Residency. He completed a Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He has spent his career at UVMMC Department of Surgery and The University of Vermont in general, colorectal and trauma surgery. Most recently, he served as Associate Director of the General Surgery Resident Program at the Larner College of Medicine.

He has over thirty years of Military Service with six combat deployments, serving in several levels of responsibility from Staff Surgeon to Commander of a Forward Surgical Team.  He retired from The Army in Dec 2022 with multiple service awards. Currently, he serves as the President of the New England Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, fishing, exercising, relaxing and rooting for his beloved Buffalo Bills.
