For Hospital Billing:

NMC divides hospital accounts into alphabetic categories for all insurances except Medicare and non-insured patients. If you are not Medicare or non-insured, please call the phone number that corresponds to the beginning of your last name.

Medicare patients (A-F): 524-1028
Medicare patients (G-O): 524-1046
Medicare patients (P-Z): 524-1264
Self pay accounts: 524-1065
A - F: 524-1048
G-M: 524-1047
N-Z: 524-1049

Financial Assistance

Do you have further questions about your hospital bill? To pay or ask questions relating to your hospital bill in person, enter through the main entrance of the hospital, and one of our volunteers can direct you to the Patient Financial Services office.

NMC recognizes that health care billing can be complex. We work closely with our patients to help them navigate the various systems involved. We even offer financial assistance for those in need.
