Before joining NMC in 2022, Dr. Japikse worked in rural Emergency Medicine in both Wisconsin and Vermont. In his field, he enjoys the variety of care he gets to provide. He is passionate about the patient experience and quality improvement in healthcare. In his free time he spends time with family enjoying Vermont's beautiful outdoors.
