Amy Centabar, PT

Amy is a 1992 graduate of the Physical Therapy program at the University of Vermont and has been working at Northwestern Medical Center since that time.  She has focused her career on the treatment of orthopedic injuries both surgical and nonsurgical in nature. Amy has extensive experience with the rehabilitation of people following total hip and knee replacements as well as multiple types of shoulder and spinal surgeries. She enjoys assessing and treating the sacroiliac region and incorporating postural restoration into treatment programs. Amy has had advanced training in manual therapies, including muscle energy, myofascial release and Zero Balancing.  She is trained to provide specialty physical therapy for the treatment of urinary and fecal incontinence.

Amy was raised in Franklin County where she continues to live with her family.  She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family when not at work.
