Northwestern Rehabilitation Services consists of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Athletic Training. Our highly qualified, knowledgeable staff with strong evidence-based practice, provide outpatient, inpatient, school- and community-based services.

Laurie Austin, PT
Laurie has been with NMC for over 30 years. She helped found NMC's first occupational health rehabilitation program in 1998. She has extensive knowledge in industrial rehab, wound care and manual skills. Laurie became lymphedema certified in April 2012. She loves gardening and nature. - Click here for more information.

Cheryl Bates, PT
Cheryl is a Physical Therapy Assistant who works mainly in the acute care setting of the hospital but also can be found at the pool, providing aquatic therapy. Cheryl's interests include spending time with her family and her grandchildren. - Click here for more information.

Krit has been with NMC since 2001 where she worked in all of our locations and gained knowledge for geriatrics, sports injuries, aquatics, acute care and subacute care. Danielle Ferrante, AT
Danie has worked with many sports teams, caring for athletes to keep them safe while on the court, ice, or field. She has training in concussion detection, management and returning athletes to play after sustaining a head injury. Katheryn Guerino, PT
Katie is the Rehab Services team's pediatric Physical Therapist. She loves working with children and serving the community through contracts with local schools. Kathryn Hibbert, OT

Ally has clinical experience across several settings, spending most of her time in outpatient orthopedics. She enjoys working closely with her patients to improve independence and help them reach their goals. Sarah Nielsen, PT
Sarah lives in Swanton with her husband and two boys. She is an active community volunteer incliding with the school, church and and recreation department. Julie is the Athletic Trainer at BFA St. Albans, providing medical coverage for all sports teams along with treating patients at our Cobblestone location. Rebecca Rocheleau, PT
Becky is the primary Physical Therapist for inpatient care. Her knowledge of acute rehabilitation is used in her calm approach to helping patients regain mobility after surgery. Crissy joined NMC in 1995 with a focus in outpatient orthopaedics, aquatic therapy and lymphedema. She became lymphedema certified in 2002.
