The curriculum addresses the normal physical changes brought on by the aging process\, how these changes can affect driving ability and then offers ways to compensate for those changes. The eight-week series includes two and a half hour sessions (with the exception of the first night\, which will be 5:30-8:30 pm). A healthy snack will be provided each night. Includes a six-hour retreat day (Saturday\, May 12) and take-home materials including CDs or MP3 files for home practice. The class costs $25 but scholarships are available.
