Water Exercise for Back/Leg Pain

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until February 14, 2020
Mondays & Wednesdays 12:00- 12:30
$6 per class; drop ins welcome
Back and/or leg pain can limit one’s ability to exercise and/or do the things we love. During the winter months that can be even harder; join us 2 days/week to participate in water exercise where the benefits of water allow you to be more active. Our aquatic certified PT will lead the group through stretching and strengthening exercises. Come play in the water while the snow falls outside.
