Tai Chi Classes

Fee: $80 for 10-week session
Tai Chi is a form of gentle, guided movement that is sometimes referred to as “meditation in motion” and can aid in reducing stress and anxiety. It has also been found to improve balance and promote a sense of wellbeing. This 10-week program is open to all ages but class size is limited to 12. A physical authorization is required, so please sign up by August 27.
