$100 for the 10 week series due at first class
Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow movement exercise also knows as ‘Meditation in Motion’ with known benefits of muscle strengthening, flexibility and balance; valued in treating and preventing many health problems. This 10 week series is open to all levels, no prior Tai Chi experience needed. Upon completing the 10 week series, NMC will share community partners offering Tai Chi Classes.
