Strength training improves heart health, balance, bone density and mental well-being. Prevent the loss of age-related muscle mass and bone density by joining us for an intro to strength training. This fun morning workout will start your engine for the day as we instruct you in proper techniques and exercises. Sign up for 6 weeks or drop ins welcome. This is open to all levels, upon completing the 6-weeks, NMC will encourage you to adopt these lifestyle changes in a setting that is best for you.
