An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until March 29, 2019
Jump on board with a new exercise routine meeting twice weekly, Tuesday and Thursday for 12-weeks. You’ll get a combination of strength, cardiovascular training and flexibility as you move from station-to-station.
