Northwestern Express Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until February 28, 2019
Jump on board with a new exercise routine meeting twice weekly, Tuesday and Thursday for 12-weeks. You’ll get a combination of strength, cardiovascular training and flexibility as you move from station-to-station.
You may sign up for 8 weeks (February and March) ($80) or attend month-to-month ($40/month).
