The Healthy Bones body weight exercise class is great for all individuals looking to increase bone strength and muscular endurance through body weight movement under the guidance of a certified athletic trainer. No equipment required. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels. We’ll work together to improve body mechanics and strength heading into the Holidays/New Year.
At the conclusion of the month a home exercise program will be provided to continue the work at home, or you can choose to continue into the next month which will require registering again.
