An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until November 20, 2018
Are you having difficulty getting on and off the floor? Can you stand on one foot? Are you having to sit to get dressed? Come join Amy 1x a week for 3 weeks to establish the right exercises for you to perform at home. Amy has been a Physical Therapist for over 26 years and will focus on improving your flexibility, strength, posture and balance to maximize your independent functional mobility. All ages to benefit from this information. Fighting gravity early is the key to maintaining your independence!!!!
