Not quite ready to start at the gym on your own? At the conclusion of this 12-week program, you may choose to join a local gym, continue your routine at home or re-enroll for another session. Ask about our online option for taking this class at home.

You may sign up for 8-weeks (February and March) for $80, or attend month-to-month ($40/month).
