Diabetes Prevention Program

An event every week that begins at 2:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until January 16, 2019
This program offers education and support to those at risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Topics include adopting healthier eating and exercise habits that can lead to weight loss and reduce your risk of developing diabetes. Participants meet once a week for the first 16 weeks, then every other week and then monthly for a total of 25 sessions over a year. You can do a lot to help prevent diabetes – and we can help.
