$40/monthly or $120 for all 12 weeks
The “All Levels of Fitness” class is focused for individuals that would prefer working in a small class setting under the guidance of a Certified Health Professional. This class will offer a perfect combination of strength & cardiovascular training as well as flexibility. We will work together rotating through various exercise stations and you will determine the intensity of your exercise.
Our goal is to progress you safely through many of the essential strength training maneuvers, paying close attention to proper mechanics. You will master each technique as you advance through the program on your way to increased strength and confidence.
At the conclusion of this 8-week program we will encourage you to join a local gym or just re-enroll for another session until you are ready to be on your own. Our familiarity with our local gyms and the partnerships we have developed will make for an easy transition no matter where you choose to continue your fitness goals.
