The Healthy Bones body weight exercise class is great for all individuals looking to increase bone strength and muscle endurance through body weight movement under the guidance of a healthcare professional. No equipment required. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels. We’ll work together to improve body mechanics and strength through the winter as we gear up for Spring.
