We need ICU Registered Nurses for our Progressive Care Unit. We offer a sign-on bonus to experienced Critical Care RNs and excellent shift & weekend differentials. Our RNs plan and implement care for our patients on the Progressive Care Unit according to established policies and procedures while providing direct patient care for adult patients under a wide variety of circumstances. Our new inpatient unit features 34 private rooms with 10 of them currently ICU-capable. We benefit from Tele-ICU support from the renowned Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and close proximity to the University of Vermont Medical Center. Our Chief nursing Officer holds years of proven experience with a shared governance model. Our Chief Executive Officer is an MD who brings a decade of Primary Care physician and Hospitalist experience to leadership and another decade focused on quality and continuous improvement as a CEO.

Loan repayment:
After 1 year of service, you’ll qualify for five years of $2500 in nursing school loan repayment annually, a total of $12,500.
Tuition reimbursement:
Full-time employees:
$4000 annually for an undergraduate
Part-time employees:
$2500
Per diem
(1000 hour minimum):
$1500
More than five years of employment:
an additional $1350 per year
