Rehabilitation Services

Performance Rehab

If you've suffered an injury or illness that has compromised your movement, speech, and/or strength, our physical, occupational, and/or speech therapists can help you regain your ability to function on a daily basis. Our services are designed with convenience in mind—offering a wide range of hours and locations to best meet your needs.

Our therapists see patients in the hospital, as well as on an outpatient basis at Cobblestone Health Commons, Branon's Pools, and the Community Health Center in Enosburg. We also have physical therapy services available at the Northwestern Walk-In Clinic in Georgia.

Key Services

Physical Therapy (PT): Treatment of patients with orthopedic and neurological impairments. Other services include manual therapy, orthotic fabrication, wound care, aquatic therapy, lymphedema therapy, incontinence training and pediatric and geriatric rehabilitation.

Occupational Therapy (OT): Treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive impairments. Other services include splint fabrication, wrist/hand therapy and pediatric and geriatric rehabilitation.

Speech Therapy (ST): Treatment of patients with speech, language, and/or swallowing impairments. Other services include voice therapy, modified barium swallow evaluation, and pediatric and geriatric rehabilitation.
