The Northwestern Walk-In Clinic is in the Georgia Medical Building, conveniently located just off I-89 exit 18 on Route 7 (see map above). Our exit 18 location helps us better serve young families, commuters, and businesses in the area.

Our facility includes:
  • Northwestern Walk-In Clinic (a highly convenient option for non-emergent medical needs)
  • NMC Rehabilitation Service (featuring new equipment, a great environment, and proven professionals providing excellent physical therapy)
  • NMC X-Ray and Mammography (including an exciting new digital mammography unit)

Urgent Care Billing

Northwestern Walk-In Clinic is a member of the Urgent Care Association of America. We provide urgent, but not emergent, care. As such, our clinic bills at an Urgent Care level.


Protection from Viruses

Protection from Viruses

Vermonters are urged to take the following precautions to avoid spreading illnesses such as the flu: Cover your mouth and nose every time you cough or sneeze; use a tissue when possible and throw it in the trash after use; wash your hands often and well. (Wash for as long as it takes to sing the “ABC” song.); and if you’re sick, stay home from work or school, for at least 7 days, even if symptoms go away.

Not Missing a Beat for Steven

It was supposed to be Steven's big day; he'd been practicing all year for the Spring Band Show. But, while moving his drums in the afternoon, he sliced open his hand, requiring seven stitches. Fortunately, he was seen quickly at the Northwestern Walk-In Clinic in Georgia, and that meant Steven was back on stage in plenty of time to rock his solo, much to the delight of his family and friends.

Michelle Brown

Michelle Brown of Fairfax, was coaching her daughters cheerleading team when suddenly, her daughter broke her thumb. She was able to dash right over to the Northwestern Walk-In Clinic and was in and out in a half-hour, x-rays and everything.
