Position Title: RN, Med Surg #10-10

Department:Medical Surgical Unit
Position Description: Provides safe nursing care in a timely manner to patients on the Medical Surgical Unit, with support from the preceptor/mentor. Performs within the scope of professional nursing practice as defined by the State Board of Nursing. Demonstrates professional growth. Advancement to RN II is expected within two years after date of hire.

Status:Flexible Full TimeShift:Variable
Shift Time Schedule:Availability to work all shifts required.Average Weekly Hours:36 hrs/wk
Days:No on-call duty required. Every other weekend required.
Salary Range:Minimum:$21.78Midpoint:Maximum:$26.61
The above wage range reflects the minimum and maximum hiring range for this position.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    Experience:Previous clinical experience in medical and surgical nursing preferred, but not required.
    License Required: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont.
