Position Title: Outpatient Physical Therapy, NOH #10-66

Department:Northwestern Occupational Health
Position Description: At the direction of physicians, provides physical therapy services for outpatients with a focus on functional improvement. Promotes early return-to-work philosophy of occupational medicine. Participates in peer review process. Conducts on-site work station assessments, educational programs and work rehabilitation. Performs on-site services. Assists in the development of on-site ergonomic prevention programs. Must be able to set and maintain therapeutic distance with clients; maintains therapeutic boundaries per NOH policy.

Shift Time Schedule:Hours between 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Average Weekly Hours:20 - 30 hrs/wk
Days:No on-call duty required; no weekends required.
Salary Range:Minimum:$25.09Midpoint:Maximum:$30.36
The above wage range reflects the minimum and maximum hiring range for this position.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, with current licensure in the State of Vermont.
    Experience:Two years experience a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting treating orthopedic patients.
    Special Skills:Computer skills required.
    License Required:Valid driver’s license and own transportation for travel to work sites.
