Position Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist, #09-26

Department:Northwestern Occupational Health
Position Description: At the direction of physicians, provides physical therapy services for outpatients with a focus on functional improvement. Promotes early return-to-work philosophy of occupational medicine. Participates in peer review process. Conducts on-site work station assessments, educational programs and work rehabilitation. Must be able to set and maintain therapeutic distance with clients; maintains therapeutic boundaries per NOH policy.
Status/Schedule:
Status:Part Time - Regular Part TimeShift:Day
Shift Time Schedule:Shifts between 6:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Average Weekly Hours:20 - 32 hrs/wk
Days:Monday - Friday; No on-call duty required; No weekends required.
Salary Range:Minimum:$25.09Midpoint:Maximum:$30.36
The above wage range reflects the minimum and maximum hiring range for this position.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
    Experience:One year experience as a PT in an outpatient setting treating orthopedic patients.
    Special Skills:Computer skills required.
    License Required:Current licensure in the State of Vermont.
