 Position Title: LPN - NOH #09-55

| Department: | Northwestern Occupational Health and Northwestern Walk-In Clinic |
| Position Description: | The LPN performs patient care within the scope of her license under the direction of the RN and supervision of the medical director and/or onsite provider including, but not limited to taking patient histories and collecting other patient data, performing nebulizer treatments, pulse oximetry, assisting provider with suturing and other procedures, performing point of care CLIA waived lab testing, EKGs, PFTs, vision testing, venipuncture, injections, audiograms, urine and breath collections. Independently utilizes electronic medical records to the fullest extent; trains others on EMR and other screening tasks. Performs numerous clerical and tracking duties including ordering and maintaining medical supplies, and medications for in-office medication dispensing system. |

Shift Time Schedule: Hours between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. | Average Weekly Hours: Variable hrs/wk |
Days: On-call duty required as needed. Every other Saturday required, and possibly some Sundays. Holiday, evening and weekend work required. |
| Salary Range: | Minimum: $15.85 Midpoint: Maximum: $18.62 |
 | The above wage range reflects the minimum and maximum hiring range for this position. |

 | Education: | Graduate of an approved LPN training program. |
 | Experience: | 3 years experience in a medical office setting required. Experience with venipuncture and injections required. Previous experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) preferred. |
 | Special Skills: | Able to obtain certification as a urine drug screen collector, breath alcohol technician, hearing conservationist, and spirometry at clinic discretion. Excellent computer, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Must perform work with a high level of accuracy. |
 | License Required: | Currently licensed in the state of VT as an LPN. |

Occasional on-site work required at client companies. May require occasional overnight travel. Work at two locations required; Northwestern Occupational Health in St. Albans and Northwestern Walk-In Clinic in Georgia.
