Position Title:
Groundskeeper, #10-04
Department:
Plant & Property Management
Position Description:
Maintains lawns and grounds including some snow removal, in a safe, neat and orderly manner. Performs other duties as assigned or requested by the Plant & Property Manager. Works with members of the Plant & Property staff on assigned projects as needed. Works with other NMC staff as needed to help maintain the grounds and various campus projects.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent required. .
Experience:
Experience with lawn care and lawn equipment is a must. Prefer experience with zero-turn mower. Experience with snow removal equipment including plow and snow blower
License Required:
Current license to operate a motor vehicle with a good driving record.
