 On Thursday, July 1st, Northwestern Medical Center and the St. Albans Cooperative Creamery wrapped up their National Dairy Month promotion at NMC’s Family Birth Center by drawing the grand prize winner of an adorable stuffed rocking cow, a $50 gift certificate to the St. Albans Cooperative Store, a got milk?® toy truck, and a 3-A-Day insulated lunch bag. The grand prize winner is Amanda Snider of Enosburg, who delivered a daughter at NMC on June 27th.
Throughout the month of June, moms who gave birth at NMC each received some extra gifts, thanks to the St. Albans Cooperative Creamery Young Cooperators and employees, Ben & Jerry’s, Stonyfield Farm, and the New England Dairy Promotion. In honor of June as National Dairy Month, each mom received a special gift bag containing a stuffed cow, baby bibs, a baby onesie, a book, discount coupons towards dairy products, and other items. Each mom was also entered into the grand prize drawing.
